We are looking for a professional communicator and passionate about hospitality, capable of providing personalized and memorable service, exceeding expectations, and ensuring that each moment of our guests' stay is special. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the coordination of the team and outsourced services, ensuring excellence in service, personalization of experiences, and optimization of processes to maximize revenue and reduce costs, always aligned with Belmond's standards and values. Among your main responsibilities will be:
  • Following and guiding the team, ensuring compliance with excellence standards and personalized service to guests.
  • Knowing and disseminating the hotel's daily program, events, tours, restaurants, and cultural attractions in the region.
  • Assisting guests with various requests: reservations, restaurant recommendations, tourist tours, vehicle rentals, ticket purchases, changes, and others.
  • Organizing and monitoring arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth service.
  • Acting in the resolution of problems and special requests, including VIP and recommended guests.
  • Coordinating tasks, distributing activities, and monitoring checklists and pending tasks from the department.
  • Ensuring clear communication with the team about events and changes that impact operations.
  • Controlling cash and closing service orders from the sector.
  • Stimulating a collaborative work environment, based on respect among team members.
  • Complying and enforcing safety, hygiene, confidentiality, and professional conduct norms.
Requirements: Education and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism or Hotel Management (desirable)
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a related activity
  • Prior experience in the travel agency or travel industry (desirable)
Technical knowledge:
  • Fluent English (another language will be considered differential)
