COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR - CORUMBÁ MS

Objective of the position

Lead the Communication strategy and operation in Corumbá, ensuring integration between local and corporate agendas, quality of deliverables, relationship with strategic audiences, and protection of LHG Mining's reputation.

Main responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Communication team, distributing priorities and monitoring deliverables and indicators.
• Plan and manage the area's budget, contracts, suppliers, and hiring processes.
• Act as the main Communication interface with local leadership and the corporate area.
• Integrate Internal Communication, External Communication, press, advertising, and institutional relations agendas.
• Coordinate relations with media outlets, including owners, editors, journalists, and other strategic audiences.
• Conduct press agendas, interviews, visits, and institutional exposure initiatives.
• Support crisis management and situations with potential reputational impact, ensuring alignment and agility in communication.
• Periodically report results, risks, demands, indicators, and budget execution.

Suggested requirements

• Completed higher education in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, Advertising, or related fields.
• Experience in team leadership and integrated management of internal and external communication.
• Experience with press, crisis management, budget, contracts, and suppliers.
• Availability for in-person work in Corumbá and visits to operations.
