Motor Calibration Coordinator

Technical responsible for the portfolio of projects in Calibração da Powertrain division - this person will be responsible for technically leading and managing multidisciplinary teams on motor calibration projects (combustion, diesel, hybrid, etc.).

Multinational company of small size recognized in the Automotive market. The company is a specialist in developing and supplying motor calibration projects for major automakers.

Main responsibilities

• Led technologically motor calibration projects (combustion, diesel, hybrid), ensuring compliance with performance, consumption, emissions, and drivability targets defined by the client.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams (5-6 people per project), ensuring technical alignment and compliance with schedules and costs.
• Plan and track calibration tests on motors and complete vehicles, ensuring quality and functionality of results.
• Serve as a technical interface with clients from scope definition and proposal preparation to final project delivery.
• Control project indicators (KPIs) related to deadlines, costs, and technical performance, reporting status to the Engineering Manager.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for calibration projects.
• Promote continuous improvement in calibration processes, using tools like INCA and advanced engineering methodologies.

We are looking for an analytical, agile, committed, and dynamic person to act as a technical leader and/or engineer in the area of Motor Calibration. It is necessary to present:

• Completed Higher Education in Engineering;
• Proven experience as specialist/senior in Motor Calibration;
• Mastery using INCA and Microsoft Office package;
• Advanced English for conversation.
