Operational Planning Coordinator
Job description
Responsibilities
Ensure team results; Ensure the delivery and excellence of services requested by the contracting client within the previously agreed deadline and conditions; Responsible for analyzing operational performance, developing action plans. Ensure the proper performance of implemented tools and processes. Monitor the unfolding of goals developed by Strategic Planning and signal and propose immediate improvements.
Knowledge
Desirable Knowledge of Call Center Operations, People Management, Projections, Budgeting, and Billing.
Experience
6 months of experience in the area of activity and/or related fields
Education Level
Undergraduate degree in progress
