Pedagogical Coordinator Fluent in English

The pedagogical coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the work of the teachers, ensuring the quality of the classes, and supporting the pedagogical development of the team. On a daily basis, they will plan and supervise class schedules, guide didactic practices, monitor learning outcomes, and propose improvements in teaching materials and methods. They will also conduct classroom observations, pedagogical meetings, internal training, and provide support to students in academic matters when necessary. This is a full-time position with onsite work at the unit.

• experience in a school environment or language courses.
• skills in clear communication, active listening, and conflict mediation with the team and students.
• competencies in customer service and public relations, ensuring welcoming support, adequate guidance, and assistance with academic demands.
• experience in training pedagogical teams, including planning and execution of training workshops and performance monitoring.
• proven fluency in English, knowledge of language teaching methodologies, proficiency in digital tools to support classes, and a degree or postgraduate degree in the educational field is desirable.
