Medical Coordinator of ICU

Opportunity to work as Medical Coordinator of ICU in a Social Health Organization (OSS), focusing on SUS attendance. The position is aimed at managing and coordinating medical teams in public health units, ensuring quality care, patient safety, and alignment with institutional guidelines. Detailed Job Description: Standardize clinical conduct and protocols in adult, pediatric, neonatal, and semi-intensive ICUs. Accompany ICU rounds virtually and support the development of clinical policies and procedures. Coordinate and monitor the implementation of clinical protocols and standards. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practices. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination. Provide guidance and support to medical staff on clinical matters. Monitor and report on ICU performance indicators. Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement policies and procedures for patient care and safety. Coordinate and participate in training programs for healthcare professionals. Participate in the development of institutional policies and guidelines.
