Job also for PcD OBJECTIVES OF THE JOB: Ensure excellence in quality and safety of patient care at all hospitals in the network, promoting standardization of processes, compliance with current regulations and standards RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES: Coordinate and supervise nursing assistance in the Emergency Department, ensuring patient quality, safety, and rapid response to critical cases. Guarantee correct application of protocols and procedures for emergency situations. Ensure that all medical records are accurate and up-to-date. Develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and reducing waiting times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care. Participate in the development of policies and guidelines for nursing practice. Provide guidance and support to nursing staff. Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures. Coordinate training programs for nursing staff. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations. Participate in the development of research projects related to emergency care. Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement new technologies and innovations.
