Transport Coordinator

• Coordinate the activities of the Control Tower team, distributing demands and prioritizing operations according to criticality and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational indicators, acting preventively in risk and deviation mitigation
• Develop, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), promoting standardization and continuous improvement of processes
• Validate analyses, management reports, indicators, and exception handling before sending them to internal areas, clients, and partners
• Monitor transport operations in real-time, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring operational continuity
• Track and develop the individual and collective performance of the team, providing feedback, action plans, and performance monitoring
• Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs), proposing actions to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve service levels
• Collaborate with areas such as Operations, Logistics, Customer Service, Sales, and Carriers to resolve occurrences and improve processes
• Lead operational and performance meetings, presenting results and action plans
• Ensure the quality of information recorded in transport management systems (TMS) and other platforms used
• Support digital transformation projects, process automation, and implementation of new tools

Requirements:

• Completed Higher Education in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or related areas
• Advanced Office Suite - especially Excel
• Knowledge of Power BI for creating, analyzing, and monitoring dashboards and indicators
• Intermediate English
• Advantage: Postgraduate degree
