Responsible for commercial and technical strategy in the region, leading indirect sales to major farms and industries, focusing on structured demand generation, market expansion, prospecting opportunities, and efficient territory management, ensuring sustainable product turnover, inventory balance, and full compliance with financial and commercial goals established by Phibro. Develop plans and program specific actions for SPP (farm) accounts, maintaining close relationships with key stakeholders and monitoring progress towards targets.
