We are Greaters Requirements and qualifications: Higher education degree in areas of Information Technology, such as Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering or related fields. Post-graduation, MBA or specialization in the area of Information Technology. Training minimum of 40 hours in: Information Security with training on data protection, risk management, and compliance with regulations. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is an asset. Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with IT systems and networks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies. Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
