HRBP - Remuneration Coordinator

• Establish partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
• Manage and administer programs of remuneration and benefits
• Conduct job evaluations and salary research to ensure competitive compensation packages
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
• Develop and manage an annual budget plan for labor costs and benefits
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution matters
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition and integration
• SUPPORT performance management processes and career development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations
