HRBP - Remuneration Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a talented HR coordinator to join our team in São José dos Campos, Brazil. In this role, the individual will play a crucial part in supporting our organization's human resources initiatives, focusing on remuneration and benefits administration.

Establish partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals
Manage and administer programs of remuneration and benefits
Conduct job evaluations and salary research to ensure competitive compensation packages
Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making processes
Develop and manage an annual budget plan for labor costs and benefits
Provide guidance on employee relations and conflict resolution matters
Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition and integration
SUPPORT performance management processes and career development initiatives
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and regulations
