The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, with a focus on land development, and will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the execution of projects, ensuring their timely and within budget completion. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients, suppliers and other stakeholders, as well as ensuring the quality and compliance of projects with company standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field, and will have at least 3 years of experience in project coordination. The candidate will also have knowledge of construction and development regulations, as well as experience with project management software.
