Sanitation Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Engineer Coordinator with solid experience in basic sanitation to lead the development and review of conceptual studies, basic and executive projects, focusing on water supply and sanitation systems. This professional will act directly with the client, public agencies, and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of complete, compatible, and compliant solutions within norms and deadlines.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the execution of engineering studies and projects in sanitation, including water supply, sanitation, and elevated stations.
• Supervise all technical deliveries, ensuring adherence to ABNT, NTS SABESP, etc. standards, as well as contractual requirements.
• Lead the planning and control of services, including work plans, schedules, and follow-up reports.
• Promote communication with the client, municipalities, concessionaires, and other involved agents.
• Ensure the production and compatibility of models in BIM methodology (Revit, Civil 3D, Plant 3D).
• Validate descriptive memoranda, material lists, quantity surveys, technical opinions, reports, and environmental reports.
• Integrate topography, geotechnical, environmental licensing, archaeological prospecting, and land regularization information into projects.
• Issue or supervise the issuance of ARTs for technical products delivered.
