Responsibilities and duties:

Responsible for coordinating the planning, execution, and control of maintenance plans for the company's terminals and bases, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality standards. Supervises the planning team, controls performance indicators, manages supplies, contracts, and material stocks, in addition to preparing reports and scenario studies for strategic decision-making. Acts in process standardization, implementation of improvements, and dissemination of lessons learned, ensuring safety, health, environment, and operational efficiency in all corporate maintenance.

• Perform activities in accordance with SGI procedures, Ultracargo's Policy, Mission, and Values.
• Ensure that the maintenance plans for Ultracargo's port terminals and bases are implemented within the foreseen budget and deadline.
• Coordinate the maintenance planning team to ensure all activities are under the same management standard, defining and ensuring the standardization of deadline and cost management for maintenance plans.
• Coordinate and prepare maintenance plan monitoring reports for management and for decision-making by the board.
• Coordinate the planning and control team in supply planning management, ensuring the generation of purchase requisitions within the quality and information standards required for the execution of project purchases according to best market practices and in an integrated manner.
• Ensure the completion of planning department activities monthly according to the established routine.
• Provide technical support to the operation and maintenance areas of all Ultracargo terminals.
• Support the preparation of purchase documentation for equipment and maintenance services, defining physical/economic planning requirements.
• Disseminate lessons learned in projects under their responsibility.
• Create procedures for budgeting, planning, and physical/economic control of Routine Maintenance, as well as ensure compliance with the Terminals.
• Manage the maintenance budget, prepare and present the Repros to the terminals, aligned with the priorities of the annual maintenance program.
• Coordinate and prepare scenario studies and investment estimates for the following years, as demanded.
• Coordinate the management of goods and services contracting for Maintenance, ensuring, together with the Supply team, the qualification of the vendor list.
• Stay updated on new technologies, recommending the adoption of new techniques and processes, aiming for improved productivity and management.
• Responsible for monitoring maintenance indicators of assets at Ultracargo's port terminals and bases, acting to correct deviations.
• Responsible for the failure analysis committee for criticality A assets at terminals and bases, developing an action plan to mitigate recurring failures;
• Coordinate the Materials team, specifying spare parts, according to the Data Sheet (FD) or Manufacturer's Manual, creating a number in SAP (NM), creating the technical list in SAP for criticality A assets.
• Parameterize inventory according to the needs of each terminal and base, regarding spare parts, interfacing with the terminals, and being able to transfer them when necessary.
• Commit to acting responsibly regarding health, safety, and the environment, integrating these principles into the work routine, in alignment with the organization's values and policies.

Area of Study:

Mechanical, Electrical, Production Engineering or related areas / Postgraduate/MBA in Project Management, MBA in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Electrical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering
