Operations Coordinator

OPPORTUNITY | OPERATIONS COORDINATOR We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to work in our Administrative-Operational operation, in Cachoeiro de Itapemirim – ES. This position reports directly to the Senior Operations Manager and has a strategic role in conducting operations, managing people, and customer relationship. Main responsibilities: Lead and integrate logistical operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and business continuity. Define and implement operational processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate and monitor the performance of teams and individuals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the organization. Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement. Provide support and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
