Maintenance Coordinator

Activities: Plan and define, together with the maintenance management team, the needs for the annual maintenance plan, considering the criteria and periodicities of maintenance for the Company; Carry out planning, programming, execution, and registration of preventive, predictive, corrective, commissioning, and access activities by other agents in installations under your responsibility, ensuring necessary human resources and materials; Act together with the team of operations and maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities and equipment; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards; Develop and implement procedures for maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities; Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors and external providers; Monitor and control the performance of maintenance activities, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions; Analyze and interpret data to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime; Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives; Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors; Coordinate the development of maintenance plans and schedules; Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks based on risk, urgency, and impact; Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards; Monitor and control the use of resources and materials for maintenance activities; Develop and implement procedures for inventory management and control; Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly authorized and approved; Coordinate and supervise the work of internal teams and external providers; Analyze and interpret data to optimize maintenance processes and reduce downtime; Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with business objectives; Ensure that all maintenance activities are properly documented and recorded; Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors; Coordinate the development of maintenance plans and schedules; Identify and prioritize maintenance tasks based on risk, urgency, and impact;
