Building Maintenance Coordinator
Job description
Responsible for the complete operational management of a condominium acting as the focal point of the operation. Will work in an environment of high demand, with great people circulation and various critical systems, requiring strong management, organization, and emotional balance capacity. Main responsibilities: Manage the logistics park operation (maintenance, cleaning, security, and utilities). Coordinate third-party service providers (civil, electrical, hydraulic, automation, firefighting…). Ensure compliance with condominium rules and regulations. Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules. Monitor and control maintenance costs. Plan and execute maintenance activities. Coordinate with condominium residents and stakeholders. Provide technical support to condominium staff. Ensure the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the maintenance operation.
