  • Responsible for coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities, ensuring the continuity, safety, and efficiency of operations.
  • Schedule, distribute, and coordinate tasks according to needs and priorities.
  • Prepare budgets and enable the execution of services.
  • Evaluate maintenance reports (occurrences, work orders, costs, priorities).
  • Define with Purchasing the acquisition of equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements, replacements, or expansions of equipment and facilities.
  • Supervise and guide third parties on projects and modifications.
  • Oversee services of contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality and deadlines.
  • Prepare maintenance performance reports through computerized systems.
  • Apply HR policies, supporting personnel movement decisions (hiring, promotion, transfer, and termination).
  • Promote continuous improvement of maintenance strategies, using reliability and failure analysis concepts to increase asset availability and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, backlog, planning adherence, and costs), proposing actions to reduce recurring failures and optimize resources.
  • Participate in defining asset criticality and reviewing preventive and predictive maintenance plans, prioritizing operational risks, safety, and business continuity.
  • Ensure maximum availability and reliability of plant equipment through efficient management of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, reducing unplanned failures and increasing operational efficiency.


Education & Specializations:


  • Mechanical Engineering Degree
  • A specialization course in the area will be a plus


Language: English will be a plus
