We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator. You will be the guardian of our operational efficiency, leading and orchestrating maintenance activities to ensure maximum availability and reliability of our assets. You will act strategically, uniting safety, cost optimization, and people development in a high-performance environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, and train our internal technical team (mechanics, electricians, electromechanics, and assistants), promoting a climate of collaboration and high performance.
- Coordinate the preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedule for industrial equipment and building facilities.
- Ensure the perfect functioning of production machines, mixers, bottling lines, and utility systems (boilers, compressors, cooling towers, etc.).
- Manage area performance indicators (KPIs) and control the budget (CAPEX and OPEX), seeking cost efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards (NR-10, NR-12, NR-33, and NR-35), the use of PPE, and the maintenance of fire-fighting systems (AVCB), in addition to attending audits and certifications.
- Coordinate contracts with outsourced service providers and the general upkeep of the company's civil installations and common areas.
Requirements:
- Completed Higher Education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Production) or related areas;
- Solid experience in industrial maintenance, with experience in leadership and team coordination;
- Practical knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma) and reading/interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics;
- Proficiency in maintenance management tools and essential Regulatory Standards;
It will be a differential if you have:
- Technical Degree in Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or Electrical;
- Experience in food, ingredient, or pharmaceutical industries (Good Manufacturing Practices);
- Proficiency in the Tractian System.
