We are looking for an Electronic Security Systems Installation Coordinator to join our team.

1. Technical and Practical Knowledge

• Security Systems: Mastery in sizing, installation, advanced configuration, and commissioning of CCTV (Analog, IP, NVR/DVR, video analytics), Access Control (biometrics, facial recognition, turnstiles, gates), Intrusion Systems (alarm panels and electric fences), and Intercom Systems (IP and analog).
• Infrastructure and Networks: Advanced configuration of TCP/IP networks, routing, VLANs, port mapping, and services (DHCP/DNS) applied to security.
• Connectivity and Cloud: Management of remote access (P2P, DDNS) and integration of hardware with cloud monitoring platforms.
• Applied Cybersecurity: Implementation of physical and logical security policies, credential management, firmware updates, and VPN tunnel configuration for field hardware.
• Building Automation: Technical experience in integrating security systems with automation platforms (BMS).

2. Management and Leadership

• People Management: Direct leadership of field teams, distribution of work orders (O.S.), technician training, performance evaluation based on indicators, and conflict resolution.
• Project Management: Development of schedules, resource sizing (man-hours and materials), and scope monitoring for meeting deadlines (SLA).
• Financial and Resource Management: Control of operational costs (travel, overtime, rework, spare parts) focusing on optimizing profitability per project.
• Quality and Compliance: Standardization of installation processes, application of As-Built validation checklists, conducting acceptance tests, and management of warranty cycles.

3. Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills)

• Strategic Communication: Precise articulation between field teams, end clients, and management, ensuring alignment of expectations at all project phases.
• Emotional Intelligence: Resilience and assertiveness for quick decision-making in high-pressure scenarios or during unforeseen events at the construction site.
• Technical Mentoring: Ability to transfer practical knowledge and promote continuous technical development of the installer team.
• Organization and Efficiency: Management of multiple work fronts and simultaneous projects with a focus on optimizing logistical and productive time.
• Solution Orientation: Investigative approach for on-site troubleshooting, avoiding unnecessary escalations.

4. Education and Certifications

• Technical (Differentiators): Active certifications from major market players (e.g., Intelbras, Hikvision, Axis, Bosch, Genetec, Milestone).
• Standards and Safety (Mandatory): NR-10 (Safety in Electricity Installations and Services) and NR-35 (Working at Height).
• Management: Degree or extension courses in project management methodologies (PMI/PMBOK, agile methodologies) or external team management.
