Group and Event Coordinator

- Develop proposals according to identified needs, as well as follow up on business closures, along with clients.
- Conduct feasibility studies for specific proposals, intermediating information with other areas responsible for the event (Food and Beverage, Governance etc.).
- Negotiate proposals with clients, ensuring the best commercial conditions for the hotel, following established standards and procedures.
- Attend to client needs (in person or by phone), providing information and clarifying general doubts about event organization, with or without accommodation, as well as intermediating information between the contractor and final client.
- Develop service order and group instructions for all operational departments.
- Acknowledge event realization, ensuring service quality and compliance with contracted conditions.
- Perform post-sales work, researching satisfaction levels and acceptance of services provided, as well as taking action to address any issues, aiming for continuous improvement in hotel standards.
- Develop control reports.
- Support the development of forecasts and tariff strategies through departmental strategic vision.
- Know the competition and stay updated on average values applied.
- Develop contact with suppliers for indications and complementarity to client demand.
- Control room availability, optimizing structure utilization.
- Maintain contact with suppliers to negotiate necessary event-related matters and monitor contracted operations.
- Maintain event processes, organized as needed.
- Know and identify the hotel's main clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Ensure customer satisfaction (RPS), guaranteeing continuous improvement based on client experiences, through event briefing supervision, seeking solutions to meet their needs in accordance with quality standards required by the brand.
- Ensure revenue optimization, stimulating aggregated sales and contributing to hotel profitability elevation.
- Maintain contact with other departments for diverse issue resolution related to the area.
- Moderate conflicts and intervene in critical/typical situations, along with clients, presenting relevant solutions.
- Guarantee compliance with contractually established goals.
- Guarantee process execution and procedures of the “Auto Control” area.
- Report any situation considered dangerous or suspicious at the hotel to superiors.
- Makes supply requests for materials to ensure good service execution.
- Participate in operational committees.
- Reflect Accor values in attitudes and support Heartist culture in the unit.
- Execute other correlated tasks as needed, according to area requirements.
- Know and apply concepts and practices of Accor's compliance policy and LGPD.
