Industrial Delivery Coordinator - Industrial AI, Automation & IIoT

Job Objective

Be the delivery leader for multi-account industrial projects. Be responsible for the delivery, financial results, and organic expansion (farming) of a portfolio of projects in Industrial IT, Automation, and Industry 4.0, acting as the management point between the technical team, the client, and the board.

Responsibilities:

Delivery and Methodology

Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects according to the defined methodology (waterfall and/or agile), ensuring deadlines, scope, and budget.

Control the S-curve of each project and anticipate deviations before they become account risks.

Manage multiple industrial projects and clients simultaneously.

Develop schedule standards, status reports, and executive presentations for internal and client stakeholders.

People and Team Management:

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (analysts, engineers, developers), ensuring productivity and retention.

Exercise technical authority and influence capability without necessarily having direct subordination of all squads.

Client and Commercial Relationship:

Act as the formal client contact point, with clear communication at the operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

Act with a farmer's vision: identify and convert new opportunities within the active account, using existing PO balances for Quick Wins.

Support commercial and pre-sales areas in defining technical scope and estimates for new projects.

Financial and Risk:

Be responsible for the financial result (project P&L) of each client under your management.

Identify scope, technical, and relationship risks, and propose mitigation plans before they impact client satisfaction or margin.

Mandatory Requirements:

Completed higher education in IT, Engineering, Administration, or related areas.

MBA in Project Management.

Previous experience as a Project Manager/Coordinator in consulting or a technology company with industrial clients.

Mastery of agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional (PMBOK) practices.

Familiarity with applied AI and shop floor systems: ERP, MES, SCADA, PIMS, PLC, HMI.

Knowledge of the industrial context (operation, maintenance, production).

Communication, leadership, and organization at an executive level.

Differentiators

PMP, PMI, or similar certifications.

Previous experience in digital transformation and highly complex multi-stakeholder environments.

Practical use of AI for productivity and operational efficiency gains (not just conceptual).

Experience in the industrial sector.

English.

Availability for occasional travel.
