Responsibilities and Tasks of the Function

Estructuring and leading the BI & Analytics area from its foundation, defining processes, roles, tools, and methodologies. Implementing and evolving data architecture (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, pipelines), ensuring scalability, security, and governance.Coordinating integration between corporate systems (Tasy, ERP, CRM) and the analytical environment.Developing and maintaining executive and operational dashboards, using tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI or equivalents.Implementing data governance policies, ensuring quality, compliance with LGPD, and information security.At work in partnership with business areas to identify analytical demands, define KPIs, and translate needs into data solutions.Lead the formation of the data team and disseminate a data-driven culture within the organization.

Required Qualifications

Superior education in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems or related areas.Experience solidly in:

• Estructuring BI/Data Analytics areas from scratch.
• Data modeling and building Data Lakes / Data Warehouses.
• ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Pentaho, Data Factory, Airflow).
• Languages and databases (SQL, Python, Azure, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Visualization tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau).
• Implementing data governance policies and quality and security standards.

Complementary Qualifications

Post-graduate or MBA in Analytics, Data Engineering or Information Governance.Experience in complex corporate environments and integration of multiple systems.
