Human Resources Coordinator

About the Company We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to work in Brazil, responsible for coordinating HR operations in different operational units and direct interface with leadership. About the Function The position requires close proximity to local teams, ensuring legal compliance, efficient execution of HR processes, and alignment with corporate guidelines. Responsibilities Coordinate HR operations in multiple locations in Brazil Lead and support HR teams in various operational units Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives Collaborate with leadership to achieve business objectives Provide guidance and support to HR teams on recruitment, training, and employee development matters Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees Identify and address HR-related issues and concerns Implement and maintain HR systems and processes. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover rate, time-to-hire, and employee satisfaction Develop and track KPIs for HR initiatives and programs. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field 5+ years of experience in HR coordination or management Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
