We are looking for an Advisory Coordinator to strengthen our team at the Florianópolis Office. This professional will play an essential role in ensuring client success by training and supporting the development path of new advisors.

Responsibilities and duties:

Teach and develop new advisors, sharing best practices and market knowledge. Provide support in sales calls, commercial/technical pitches. Foster continuous training and implement operational routines for advisors. Analyze data, identify opportunities for execution and improvement of Investment Advisors' performance.

Work in sync with the advisory team to incorporate experiences and best practices into the management model. Contribute to commercial initiatives, product campaigns, adherence, and metrics related to the AAI career plan. Report results to leadership, manage indicators, identify and manage funnel opportunities, draft and execute action plans. Contribute to onboarding processes, operational management (Sales/Acess).

Prerequisites:

Commercial and relational profile;

Entrepreneurial profile;

Proactive, with a focus on results;

Organization and Processes;

Full-time availability (full-time in-person);

Knowledge about Investments.

Differential:

Experience of at least 3 years in a leadership position in multinationals or financial institutions will be considered a differential;

Certifications: CPA-20, CEA, or CFP.
