Commercial Coordinator

Responsible for leading and executing commercial activities, with a focus on customer service, active sales, and team performance management. Works directly on monitoring indicators (KPIs), cash control, coordination of deliveries, and support for the commercial team. Also responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of campaigns, daily alignment with the team, and the creation of strategic action plans for customer recovery and result improvement.

• Perform customer service and close sales via WhatsApp and phone, ensuring quality in customer relationships.
• Carry out active sales, contacting clients from the portfolio and the RAC (Customer Asset Recovery) base.
• Manage the commercial team's performance, monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs (sales, WhatsApp, campaigns, etc.).
• Supervise the unit's cash flow, including value control and financial security.
• Coordinate the delivery operation, ensuring the effectiveness of couriers and the proper use of the logistics platform.
• Assign schedules and goals to the commercial team in conjunction with the Store Manager.
• Make the 10/10 calls daily, maintaining active contact with strategic clients.
• Analyze the RAC base and develop action plans for clients with negative purchasing behavior (negative comps).

Conduct alignments with the commercial team in the middle and end of the day, ensuring focus and direction for results.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
• Office Suite – basic;
• Experience in sales and customer portfolio management;
• Experience in team management;
• Knowledge in sales indicator management;
• Knowledge in automotive mechanics (differentiator);
• Availability to work on a 6x1 shift from Monday to Saturday.
