RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate the commercial team, acting as a link between the Commercial Manager and the team;

* Ensure the execution of the commercial strategy and the daily sales rhythm (goals, pipeline, and routines);

* Conduct follow-up, alignment, and feedback meetings with the team;

* Monitor indicators and ensure discipline in CRM usage;

* Develop the commercial team (training, field, and results accountability);

* Report results and deviations to the Commercial Manager with agility and objectivity.
