Responsibilities and assignments Ensure the implementation and maintenance of quality methodologies for reducing defects in semi-finished and final products. Monitor and guarantee compliance with requirements for raw materials, packaging, labeling, and storage. Develop and implement procedures for controlling and monitoring production processes, including sampling, testing, and inspection. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the product development process are aligned with quality standards. Identify and address potential quality issues through continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and guidance to team members on quality-related topics. Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with quality standards. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality procedures, processes, and standards. Ensure that all quality-related activities are properly recorded and reported.
