Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering or related fields;
• Solid experience (3 to 5 years) in coordinating teams and logistics operations, preferably in a crossdocking environment;
• Mastery of Excel advanced and Lean Manufacturing tools (VSM, 5S, Kaizen, etc.);
• Analytical capacity and experience with performance indicators (KPI, SLA, productivity, costs);
• Desirable Green Belt certification or previous experience in continuous improvement projects;
• Flexibility to adjust working hours to accompany shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and promote a collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication, respect, and cooperation among the team;
• Plan and control operational activities, ensuring the fulfillment of goals, deadlines, and quality standards;
• Conduct follow-up meetings, solve process deviations, and ensure efficient execution of crossdocking routines;
• Identify needs for technical and behavioral development, promoting training and capacity-building for the team;
• Evaluate performance and make recommendations for salary movements, promotions, and admissions, aligned with individual and collective performance;
• Lead continuous improvement projects, applying management tools and Lean methodologies, focusing on efficiency and operational results.
