Key Duties and Responsibilities may Include but not limited to: Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality and freshness. Preparing ingredients for cooking, including portioning and garnishing. Cooking menu items by following recipes and presentation standards. Ensuring all dishes are prepared in a timely manner. Maintaining a clean and organised work station. Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborating effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house teams. Ordering supplies and managing inventory.
