Job description

WE ARE RECRUITING for a top-level Wine Resort located about 600 meters above sea level in the Castiglione di Sicily area, near the Etna volcano. We are looking for a COOK or HEAD COOK to join our team for the 2025/2026 season with BOARD and LODGING included. Your mission will be responsible for managing an autonomous section (appetizers, main courses or antipasti) within the kitchen brigade. You will ensure organization, quality, and respect for preparation times, contributing to the overall success of the resort's culinary team.
