Nicks Restaurant & Bar Group is seeking a Cook to join our growing brigade. We are seeking a full time candidate, working 40 hours per week with an annual base salary range $79,423- $$80,000. Candidates must have a relevant diploma or equivalent experience as well as at least 1 year or more of work experience. As a member of the kitchen team, you are required to be versed on the following. - Portioning and preparation of all seafood, meat, produce used on section. - Maintaining cleaning and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations. - Safe use of equipment and machinery. - Following recipes and presentation guidelines. - Maintaining a clean and organized workstation. - Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. - Working collaboratively with other kitchen staff. - Managing inventory and stock rotation. - Assisting with other kitchen duties as needed.
