We pride ourselves on providing excellent accommodation and dining experiences to both locals and travellers. We are currently seeking a skilled, motivated and reliable Cook to join our friendly and highly motivated team. Duties and responsibilities: Cooking food as per the dietary requirements of the patrons such as food allergies. Checking whether all ingredients are in stock before preparing meals. Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times. Ensuring that all food is stored, handled and served safely. Working effectively with other staff members to ensure smooth service during peak periods. Providing excellent customer service by being friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs of our guests. Being proactive in identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during your shift. Reporting any incidents or accidents to management immediately. Maintaining confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations. Participating in ongoing training and development programs to improve cooking skills and knowledge.
