Great opportunity for an experienced Cook to join the growing kitchen team at Hogs Breath Cafe, Nelson Bay.

Key Requirements for the position are:
Permanent full time role with a starting salary of $76K - $86K Salary (plus super).

Key Requirements for the position are:
- Train junior kitchen staff
- Hard working and organized, team player with positive attitude
- Ability to manage your own sections and deliver a consistently high standard of food throughout service
- Take pride in food presentation, always ensuring top quality
- Overseeing all kitchen operations.
- Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
- Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
- Taking stock of ingredients and equipment, and placing orders to replenish stock.
- Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Creating new recipes to keep the menu fresh.
