Job description
Preparing and cooking meals to consistently high standards and presenting them professionally. Ensuring food is produced efficiently and served within required timeframes. Checking food quality, freshness, and portion sizes to maintain consistency. Complying with all health, safety, and hygiene requirements at all times. Supporting menu development and assisting with stock management and ingredient ordering. Keeping the kitchen area clean, well-organised, and compliant with workplace standards. Working closely with the café team to deliver a positive and efficient customer experience.
