Our company, Farmers Arms Hotel runs an Australian cuisine restaurant located in Beeac, VIC 3251. We are recruiting two full time, qualified and experienced cooks.
Wages: $70,000/year + Super
Need to work from Wednesday through Sunday, five days a week with annual leave.
To be successful for this opportunity as Cook, you will need:
Task & Responsibilities:
- Examines food to ensure quality.
- Prepares meat by cutting them into pieces and vegetables by washing and cutting.
- Marinates meat.
- Fries beef, pork, chicken, fish and other seafood, and vegetables in various kinds of flavours.
- Seasons food during cooking.
- May use oven for some dishes.
- Portions food, places on dishes, adds sauces and garnishes.
Qualification:
Need to hold Australian Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Work Experience:
Need to have at least three years full-time Australian restaurant experience as a cook.
Work Right:
Need to be Australian citizen or permanent resident.
