DC Employment Services Pty Ltd, hiring for the iconic DOC Pizza and Mozzarella Bar, Carlton, a renown and reputable Italian restaurant in the iconic Italian precinct of Carlton is now seeking two Cooks to join their team. With ambient indoor and outdoor seating, the restaurant delivers authentic Italian cuisine and experience.

Working in a well-established kitchen, your responsibilities will include: · Preparing, seasoning, and cooking food · Preparing food to meet special dietary requirements · Portioning food, placing it on plates, and adding sauces and garnishes · Ensuring quality of ingredients and dishes · Adhering to health regulations when managing food · Contributing to menu planning as required

The ideal candidate will present with:

· Relevant Certificate III or IV qualification. At least 3 -years employment experience will be considered in lieu of qualifications · 1 year full-time employment in a similar role · Ability and experience working autonomously in a fast-paced commercial kitchen · Passionate and experience with Italian cuisine · Ability to deliver high quality meals · Fully conversant with Health & Safety regulations

Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
