Job Opening: Cook – Oporto Craigieburn

Location: Craigieburn, VIC
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum (based on experience)
Availability: Must be available for weekday, weekend, and evening shifts

Oporto Craigieburn is looking for a passionate and experienced Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. If you love fast-paced environments, take pride in delivering high-quality food, and want to work for one of Australia’s most iconic quick-service brands, we’d love to hear from you.

Prepare and cook Oporto’s signature flame-grilled chicken and other menu items to the highest standards

Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen at all times

Follow food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP knowledge desirable)

Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation

Work efficiently with the team to ensure timely food preparation during peak hours

Support training of junior kitchen staff if required

2+ years of experience in a commercial kitchen (fast food or quick service preferred)

Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (desirable but not essential)

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to food quality, safety, and cleanliness

Competitive salary: $75,000 – $85,000 per annum
