Job description
Nexus Early Learning Ringwood Pty Ltd, located at Ringwood VIC 3134, is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Cook to join their team.

Salary:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per annum.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of meals in accordance with established menus and standards.
- Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensuring all food handling and preparation activities comply with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Managing food storage, stock rotation, and monitoring ingredient quality.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
About you:
- Minimum one year of relevant work experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Good knowledge of food preparation techniques and basic cooking methods.
- Understanding of food safety standards, hygiene practices, and workplace health and safety.
- Ability to work efficiently under supervision and follow established procedures.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
