Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present Indian dishes to a high standard
• Assist in developing daily specials and seasonal menu items
• Ensure meals are prepared efficiently with consistency and quality
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-functioning kitchen
• Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and minimise food wastage
• Comply with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
• Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
• Safely operate kitchen equipment and utensils

What We're Looking For

• Relevant culinary qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in Indian cuisine
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and peak service periods
