It is the oldest such chain in Chennai and has 140 outlets across India. Adyar Ananda Bhavan, NSW based location, is looking to hire a cook for the ongoing business. Responsibilities include: Cooking a variety of dishes including Indian and international cuisine; Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene; Managing kitchen operations efficiently; Assisting in menu planning and development; Maintaining accurate records of inventory, stock levels and waste management; Collaborating with other team members to achieve business objectives. Requirements: Must have experience in cooking a variety of dishes including Indian and international cuisine; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene; Availability to work full-time hours including evenings and weekends as required.
