About Us: Akash Enterprises (Indian Rogan Josh) is dedicated to providing outstanding culinary experiences to their guests and is currently looking for a skilled and experienced Cook for their well-established restaurant in Upper Ferntree Gully, VIC 3156. Qualifications : Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery At least two years of experience in a similar role Key Responsibilities: Seasoning and cooking of a wide range of foods from soups, snacks, and salads to entrees, side dishes and desserts as required by the menu and customer preferences. Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the kitchen area. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and policies. Providing exceptional customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu items and ingredients. Maintaining accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and waste management. Participating in ongoing training and professional development to improve cooking skills and knowledge.
