Full Time Entry Level

Job description

YOUR PLAYFIELD: STRATEGY. OPERATIONS. PERFORMANCE.

You have the overview. You love structures. You scale business models with passion for sports. Build with us the future of women's football – professionally, data-based, and with a clear focus on commercial growth.

Hi! We are FC Viktoria Berlin. Since the 2025/26 season, we will be playing in the 2nd Bundesliga. Together with our international partner Monarch Collective, we are redesigning women's football: visible, inclusive, and as a professional business. Our vision: structures that enable sporting success through economic excellence.

Your Mission as CRO (m/w/d):

In a cooperative leadership model, you will work closely with our CEO. You are responsible for the entire operational backbone and the complete revenue side of the club.

Tasks

  • Commercial Growth & Sales: You are responsible for the entire sales organization (Acquisition & Activation). You develop the commercial growth strategy – from classic sponsoring to ticketing, and innovative hospitality concepts.
  • Revenue Innovation: You actively explore new revenue streams (e.g., D2C models, B2B formats, community monetization) and test new approaches to diversifying our income.
  • Business Operations & Governance: You lead the finance, HR, and law departments. You create transparent, efficient structures and ensure compliance and a sustainable budget planning.
  • Performance & KPIs: You define measurable goals for all business units, analyze performance, and lead strategic measures for sustained growth from there.

Qualification

  • Experience: 7+ years of leadership experience in the fields of business operations, finance, sales, or sports management.
  • Analytical Background from consulting, the financial services sector, or a growth-oriented technology industry.
  • Sales DNA: Proven success in business development and building scalable revenue streams.
  • Structural Strength: Excellent financial and organizational skills with a focus on sustainable and financial management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of professional football structures and the sports ecosystem.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on mentality for a high-performance environment.
  • Communication: Collaborative leadership style, as well as negotiation skills in German and English.

Benefits

  • A key role in an ambitious 2nd Bundesliga club with purpose
  • Lots of responsibility & design power – directly working together with our management team
  • A progressive, diverse team with attitude & energy
  • Access to a strong network of sports, media, politics, and culture
  • A modern, hybrid work environment with trust
  • An opportunity to make a real impact in German women's football

Let’s build something big.

Does that sound like you?

Then send us your application (CV & brief motivation)

Even if you don't check every box – we look forward to your application!
