We currently operate four restaurants in Basel and two in Zurich and are resolutely expanding. • You are responsible for the operational management of our six restaurants as well as the areas of production, logistics, purchasing, product development, and retail, ensuring that all areas work together successfully.
• You continuously develop our processes, structures, and systems, making VITO ready for the next phase of growth.
• You recognize opportunities to improve our guest experience and successfully implement new ideas together with the teams.
• You lead our area managers with trust, clarity, and coaching, developing people just as consistently as the company.
• As a member of the executive board, you actively participate in the strategic development of VITO and contribute entrepreneurial impulses.
• In the absence of the CEO, you take over overall operational responsibility and ensure the operational capability of the executive board together with Finance and Human Resources.
