COO D2C & E-Commerce (gn)

We are looking for a rising D2C/E-Commerce company with an exciting Zeitgeist-Fashion product and already two-digit million sales. With a financially strong investor behind us, there is a growth vision with new products and international roll-out. For the next phase, we are seeking a leadership figure who will drive further growth by leveraging two key themes: Performance Marketing and Operations.

Your Tasks

You will be responsible for D2C and Performance-Marketing business as well as Operations, with direct reporting line to the management. This includes:

• You are responsible for online shop, paid and growth, and steer all areas data-driven.
• You are responsible for procurement, supply chain, fulfillment, and shop operations.
• You build KPI systems, business reviews, and forecasting.
• You lead your team from marketing and operations and develop it further.
• You drive the most important growth projects forward, such as international expansion.

Your Profile

• You have operated a D2C or E-Commerce business, e.g., as Head of D2C, VP E-Commerce, or in management.
• You have managed paid budgets yourself and scaled them data-drivenly, making decisions based on data.
• You have been responsible for supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics and led by KPIs.
• You have built, led, and developed teams.
• You communicate in German and English confidently.
