Aufgaben

Your mission as COO

• You are the operational CEO of Lovebetter.
• The person who steers the entire company, prioritizes, secures and moves forward.
• You lead the leadership team.
• You hold the numbers.
• You make decisions – even the uncomfortable ones.

Your tasks

• Leading the leadership team
  Head of Sales, Head of Marketing and Head of Fulfillment report directly to you. You lead, develop, demand – and make personnel decisions when necessary.

• Operative overall management of the company
  You keep an overview of all departments, KPIs, cash flow, cost structures and bottlenecks – daily, not just in reports.

• Zahlen, Finanzen & Entscheidungen
  You understand complex relationships, recognize risks early and make entrepreneurial decisions based on facts.

• Strukturen, Prozesse & Skalierung
  You identify weaknesses, build clear processes, reduce dependencies and ensure that growth does not become chaotic.

Tight collaboration with the founder
You are a sparring partner, implementer and reality check – and ensure that visions are translated into operational excellence.

Qualification

This role fits you if …

• You have at least 3 years of experience as COO or CEO
• You already have 10–20+ employees under your management
• You have nachweislich Unternehmen skaliert or strongly developed
• You are exzellent with numbers and really understand complex relationships
• You work structured, analytical and decision-making
• You remain calm under pressure and do not give up responsibility
• You are ego-arm, accept feedback and prioritize clarity over harmony
• You are belastbar and can manage high workload phases sovereignly
