Position: Residential Conveyancer – Senior Associate Level Location: Liverpool Salary : Competitive Benefits I’m working with a well-regarded law firm based in Liverpool that’s looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer at Senior Associate level. This opportunity has arisen due to internal progression - one of their current Associates is stepping up to focus on commercial property, creating a natural opening in the residential team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit a huge amount of work and build on the existing relationships with clients. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running, taking over a significant caseload and working closely with the team to deliver a high-quality service. The firm is looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to work well under pressure and has a keen eye for detail.
