Tasks

• Responsibility for CRO: You optimize funnels, landing pages, and checkout processes to maximize the conversion rate.
• Data Analysis & Testing: You conduct A/B tests, use heatmaps, and analyze user feedback to continuously optimize performance.
• Ai-Driven Optimization: You set KI tools in motion to optimize funnels and improve the conversion rate.
• Performance Tracking: You analyze and continuously improve funnel performance and increase revenue through data-based decisions.

Qualification

• CRO Expert: You have at least 2 years of experience in conversion rate optimization.
• Performance Mindset: You love seeing results, interpreting data, and improving strategies.
• Creative Thinking: You have a sense for trends, storytelling, and psychological triggers and develop funnels that perform.
• Analytical Strength: Numbers and KPIs are not chaos to you, but your tool for optimization.
• Ownership & Drive: You take responsibility, act proactively, and want to see results.
• Technical Understanding: You are familiar with tracking, reporting, and KI tools for efficiency improvement.
• Hands-on: You test, measure, optimize, and celebrate your results.
