Job description

We optimize online shops and lead generation funnels data-driven and test-based – with measurable impact on conversion and revenue for our customers.

Every change we implement will be tested against the status quo. That means: Your work will not simply be 'launched live', but directly measured. You'll see in real-time whether your design decisions are working or not – and develop a understanding of performance that goes far beyond classical design.

Regardless of where you work, Germany, Spain, Bali, Croatia – as long as you speak fluent German, work independently, and have a desire to deliver performance, you're exactly right here!

No office obligation, no micromanagement, but clear expectations: performance over presence.

Aufgaben

  • Creation of conversion-optimized UX prototypes in Figma for landing pages, product pages, and online store features – with a clear focus on user guidance, friction reduction, and measurable results
  • Development of performance-oriented graphics and visuals, which support the conversion goal, not just 'look good'
  • Closely working with copywriters and developers, to ensure that designs are technically feasible and content-wise hand in hand with copy
  • Understanding of technical framework conditions and constraints (responsive design, load times, Shopify implementation, page builder logic etc.) and corresponding consideration in your designs
  • Optional: Design of conversion-oriented email templates, which are visually and structurally optimized for performance

Qualifikation

Important beforehand: We're not looking for a classical graphic or UX designer who primarily built flyers, brochures, or 'nice websites'.

We want to work with someone who has a real performance marketing background. Someone who has worked in conversion-driven environments and understands that every design element serves a measurable purpose: guiding users, reducing friction, increasing conversions.

Your resume is not the top priority and it doesn't matter what degree you have. What matters most are:

  1. Safe handling of Figma for UX prototyping with focus on conversion optimization
  2. A good eye for aesthetics, typography, image language, and user guidance
  3. An understanding of conversion design – you know how to guide users intentionally and have already implemented this in practice
  4. Experience in performance marketing – ideally from e-commerce, CRO, or landing page environments
  5. You are results-oriented and adjust your designs according to technical conditions
  6. You work autonomously and without constant guidance, and are able to take responsibility
  7. Hustler mindset: You have a desire to close things, see fast results, and work on new projects

Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator o. Ä. is also beneficial to support the above-mentioned areas.

Requirement: Fluent German.

Freelance possible.

Benefits

What you'll get:

You'll work at the direct interface between customer psychology, marketing, and conversion – and develop with each test and evaluated result a deeper understanding of what really works.

You'll see various eCommerce projects from the fields of health, beauty, fitness, and fashion and gain insight into performance marketing that classical design jobs do not offer.

You won't have to spend weeks on one project – you'll switch between tasks daily – new challenges, new tests, new optimizations. Boredom is a thing of the past.

You can work remotely, design your day freely, and be part of a team that prioritizes performance over perfectionism and rapid iteration over endless feedback loops.

If you show potential, you can build your own area independently and have real impact on the conversion results for our customers.

So if this sounds like a good deal to you, then click now on the link and apply as Web & Funnel Designer for landing pages, online stores, and emails.
