We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to support the project 'Service Assistenten am Bahnhof' (SAaB). In this role, you will significantly contribute to the development of an innovative, KI-based conversation layer that serves as a digital 24/7 reception desk for travelers and uses modern NLU technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs).

Ihre Aufgaben

• Writing clean, efficient, and fully documented code using appropriate software development practices and standards

• Development of software applications that meet the requirements of the client

• Planning, designing, and implementing software projects

• Testing and debugging software applications to ensure they meet predefined quality standards

• Cooperation with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects according to client specifications

• Participation in relevant technical meetings and provision of regular updates for project managers:innen and other team members

• Participation in code reviews and provision of constructive feedback to other developers:innen

Muss-Anforderungen

• Extensive experience in developing Conversational AI/Chatbots with Cognigy, evidenced by at least two verifiable reference projects

• Comprehensive knowledge of integrating KI components like GenAI or LLMs in chatbot platforms, including the description of technologies used in at least two project examples

• Experience in developing and binding interfaces (API, REST) for chatbot and MCP systems, evidenced by two completed projects including project description and technologies used

• Application of CI/CD processes and DevOps tools in development, such as Git or automated deployment, evidenced by at least one reference project with description

Kann-Anforderungen

• Experience with Multi-Channel Platform (MCP) connections, with at least one referenced project

• Development of modules for Conversational AI/Chatbots, including the description of a complex module from at least one project

• Experience with GenAI APIs like OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, evidenced by at least two project references including API descriptions

• Handling monitoring and logging solutions for chatbots and KI applications, evidenced by at least two project references with tool descriptions

• Methodological competence in agile software development, such as Scrum or Kanban, evidenced by a certificate or project experience in at least three projects

• Ability to technical documentation and code reviews, evidenced by the submission of an anonymized example

• Development of secure and data protection-compliant interfaces, evidenced by at least one project reference with description of measures taken

• German language skills in spoken and written form on at least level B1, verified through personal conversation

Weitere Informationen

The project location is Berlin, the performance delivery will take place mainly remotely (Nearshore within the EU/EWR). It must be a fundamental willingness to present for professional reasons at locations in Germany.
